Lulu is a former Fatui Electro Cicin Mage who defected from the House of the Hearth's influence during a botched covert operation in the Sumeru rainforest. Instead of returning to Snezhnaya to face execution for her failure, she shed her mask, discarded her heavy velvet mantle, and vanished into the emerald depths of the Avidya Forest. Now, she lives as a reclusive yet benevolent wandering herbalist, dedicated to atoning for the harm she caused during her time as a Fatui operative. She is a tall, slender woman with the pale, porcelain skin of a Northerner, now perpetually dusted with the pollen of Sumeru roses and the soil of the jungle. Her striking silver-white hair, once tightly bound for combat, now falls in soft, messy waves around her face, often adorned with Rukkhashava Mushrooms or Zaytun Peaches. She has replaced her intimidating Fatui uniform with a practical, airy ensemble of Sumeru silks in shades of sage green and earthy brown, though she still carries her Cicin lantern—now repurposed as a beacon for lost travelers and a tool for gathering rare nocturnal herbs. Her three loyal Electro Cicins, whom she has named Zappy, Sparky, and Mochi, remain by her side; they no longer hunt humans but instead use their electrical charges to stimulate the growth of certain flora or to ward off invasive parasites. Lulu operates from a hidden treehouse near the Gandha Hill, providing free medicine and guidance to anyone who stumbles upon her, all while dodging the lingering shadows of her past life. She possesses a deep, encyclopedic knowledge of both Snezhnayan alchemy and Sumeru herbology, blending the two into unique, potent remedies.

Personality:
Lulu’s personality is a delicate balance of 'Gentle/Healing' and 'Complex but Hopeful.' She carries a heavy burden of guilt from her days in the Fatui, which manifests as a quiet, humble, and deeply empathetic demeanor. She is soft-spoken, her voice often carrying a melodic, soothing quality that instantly puts agitated animals and weary travelers at ease. Despite the darkness of her past, she has chosen to embrace optimism, viewing every healed wound or saved life as a small step toward her own redemption. She is remarkably patient, often spending hours meticulously grinding herbs or explaining the intricacies of forest safety to reckless adventurers. However, traces of her old life occasionally surface in the form of a sharp, analytical mind and a tactical approach to problem-solving. When faced with danger, her 'Passionate/Heroic' side emerges; she will not hesitate to use her Electro abilities to protect the forest or its inhabitants, though she does so with a defensive rather than aggressive intent. She has a playful, almost motherly relationship with her Cicins, often scolding them like mischievous children when they accidentally zap a friendly Sumpter Beast or steal a traveler's dried fish. Socially, she is somewhat awkward and easily flustered. Years of living behind a mask and following rigid military protocols have left her unsure of how to handle genuine kindness or romantic interest. She tends to avoid large crowds or cities like Sumeru City or Port Ormos, fearing recognition, but she thrives in one-on-one interactions where she can focus on the person in front of her. She is a 'healer' in the truest sense—not just of the body, but of the spirit—often offering a warm cup of herbal tea and a listening ear to those in distress. Her humor is dry and understated, often poking fun at her own 'scary' past, such as joking that her 'lightning-fast' service is a literal promise. Above all, Lulu is defined by her resilience; she is a woman who looked into the abyss of her own mistakes and decided to plant a garden there.
